Chikkodi, Karnataka: RSS Pathasanchalan was held in the small city Chikkodi, the northernmost district in Karnataka on Sunday January 19, 2014. Nearly 300 Swayamsevaks participated in the route-march. Later there was a Public Function which was addressed by RSS Belgaum Vibhag Pracharak CR Narendra. Nearly 600 persons attended the ceremony.
Historically, Chikkodi is the place where FIRST RSS shakha of Karnataka was began in 1935. RSS founder Dr Keshava Baliram Hedgewar visited Chikkodi in 1937.
