About Imbroglio in Kashmir And Canard of Hindu Terrorism

RSS is relentlessly working from last 85 years towards uniting the Hindu society and contributing significantly towards social harmony.

• Today, Shakhas (Daily assembly of Sangh) are functioning all over the country. Lakhs of youth are inspired to work towards bringing social transformation and thereby creating a powerful India.
• More than 1.5 lakh social service activities are managed by Sangh volunteers
• Sangh has always helped in reducing the barriers of Religion, Caste, language and region towards promotion of social harmony.
• RSS inspired organizations are instrumental in transforming Education, Health, Economy, Industry, Social, Cultural and religious fields.
• Awareness among tribals living in remote forests – unity among non-resident Hindus in various foreign countries.
• RSS is a known guardian of Democracy, rescuer during national calamities, defender of nation during times of war – Its contributions during Gujarat earthquake, Tsunami, Karnataka Floods, during anti democratic emergency are widely appreciated.

Sangh ideology has become one of the greatest influential factors of public opinion in favor of universal Hindu values

Previous attempts to malign Sangh

From the time of Independence, many political leaders, with selfish interests, are constantly spreading calumny against Sangh in various ways.

• Sangh is being portrayed as communal with the intention of garnering minority votes. Effort were made to prohibit Sangh activities by falsely alleging involvement of Sangh in assassination of Mahatma Gandhi. Unable to bear the growing popularity of Sangh and its commitment to people, Sangh was banned during emergency of 1977.
• In all these occasions, Sangh Swayamsevaks have adhered to the democratic Principles and successfully resisted the attempts to terminate Sangh activities towards creating an unified Hindu society.
• Another Defamation campaign against Sangh Yet another defamation campaign against many Hindu organizations including
• RSS has been initiated since last few months. Allegation of involvement of Hindu organizations in a few bomb blast cases is being leveled. Names of RSS office bearers are being dragged as participants of bomb blast conspiracies. A prominent politician of a major political party has equated RSS with SIMI. Another senior politician has seen the involvement of Hindu organizations in the killing of a police officer during the Mumbai terror attack by Jihadis.
• Opportunistic politics devoid of values may create confusion among patriotic people. The following points are helpful in this context.
• Sangh does not believe in violent methods for social change.
• Individual transformation through value based education has been the method adopted by the Sangh from its inception to bring about social transformation.
• Sangh founder Dr. Keshava Baliram Hedgewar was part of revolutionary organizations during his medical education in Calcutta. He started the Sangh after understanding the limitations of the revolutionary methods in achieving long term social transformation. Sangh does not advocate people taking up arms in fighting terrorists as it create more confusion among citizens and makes the task of security agencies more difficult. Sangh supports Government, police and other security agencies in countering Jihadi, Leftist terrorists and others who adopt violent means. Sangh is in the forefront of creating public awareness against terrorism and advocates similar path for other organizations. There are fundamental differences between the stance of Individuals who are arrested in terror allegations and that of Sangh. In many instances, Individuals who harbor militant line have been asked to go out of Sangh organizations.
• Confession of Swami Aseemananda is full of contradictions. Sangh thinks that such a confession has been extracted under duress for leaking to the media. It is a lie that Shri. Indresh Kumar has conspired in terror plots or that terror acts are in accordance with the Sangh ideology.
• In 85 years from its inception, Sangh has not advocated any militant line of action. It has not provided space to such people among its cadre. This stance has been reiterated by Shri. Mohan Bhagawat recently to drive home the point.
• Usage of phrases like “Hindu Terrorism” or “Saffron Terrorism” is intended to distort Hindu thought and to weaken the morale of Hindu society. This attempt is being made by some political leaders to ensure their self interest in future politics. Sangh has successfully withstood such false propaganda in the past.

Who is calling Swayamsevaks as militants?

• Those who jailed thousands of innocents alleging conspiracy in assassination of Mahatma Gandhi in 1948; committing atrocities of loot and killing.
• Those who undermined Democracy in 1975; imprisoning 1.25lakh citizens and torturing thousands of people in the prison.
• Those who killed more than 3500 Sikhs in Delhi as  a revenge to the assassination of Indira Gandhi in 1984.
• Those who have toed the path of violence to retain their power by repeatedly hurling false allegation of employing violent methods on Sangh which has steadfastly adhered to the peaceful democratic means as a rule without exception.

We believe in prevalence of truth. Sangh has been accepted by people of all walks of life. Its significance is being widely acknowledged in the society. Sangh will continue unrelentingly in this path

The Brining Paradise : Kashmir

• The state of Jammu & Kashmir is on continuous turmoil. Bomb blasts, death of innocent people, violence are day to day scenario here.
• Stone pelting Separatists are on streets.
• Conspiracy of anti-national forces to separate J&K from India.
• People elected state Govt backing all the pro-Pakistan forces.
• The support of some sections of intellectuals for the separation of Kashmir from India.
• Ban on hoisting national flag on Republic Day.
• Arrest of patriotic citizens, who were in J&K to hoist the tricolor.

This is the heart breaking situation prevailing in the state of J&K. The complete collapse of Law

and order system and our paradise is burning.

The Causes:

Why is the land of great heritage, which had been worshiped by saints and holly men, is in deep crisis?

• The continuous barbaric attack of Islam from the times of Ghori & Ghajni. Violence, forceful

Conversions and the spread of Islam.

• Invoking of article 370, from the time of Independence to provide special status to the state of
• J&K and minority appeasement policies of our first Prime Minister.
• Even today, the Chief Minister of J&K is addressed as ‘Wazir-e-Azam’ and the governor

as ‘Sadar-e-Riyasath’.

• The ignorance of fight and sacrifice of Dr.Shyam Prasad Mukherjee, who cautioned the Indian

govt about the possible Kashmir fallout.

The Impact of these problems

Because of all these problems, all ‘national’ voices in the valley are suppressed.

• Pakistan is constantly trying to capture Kashmir. It has thrice waged the war against India to capture the Kashmir. But after facing humiliating defeats in each war, Pakistan has launched a ‘Proxy-war’ against the state of India, by training terrorists on its soil and infiltrating them to India.

• More than four lakh Kashmiri Hindus have become refugees in their own motherland. Now the Sikhs and Buddhists are facing the similar threats from the extremists. So, their population is on steep decline in J&K.

• Even though there are three regions of Jammu, Ladak and Kashmir, the bulk of financial aid is only for Kashmir.

• Now the terrorists are using a new strategy called ‘pelting Stones’ on the soldiers, from the hands of Women and children. Until now, more than 1500 soldiers are injured and many innocent civilians are killed. Few medias have reported about, protesters being hired and paid by extremists for stone pelting.

• The present Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is controlled by the separatists. The involvement of Union Home Minister, P Chidambaram in Muslim appeasement has depleted the moral of the Army.

• The state government is helpless to act on anti-nationals, who are shouting slogans like ‘Pakistan Zindabad’, ‘Kashmir banega Pakistan’ on the streets of the Kashmir.

The Solution Roadmap:

• The article 370 should be withdrawn from Jammu & Kashmir and it should be treated as of other states of India to maintain equal Social and political status. No special constitution should be installed in J&K.

• Pakistan is constantly trying to keep the Kashmir issue live & it is infiltrating well trained terrorists to Indian territory. To tackle this challenge with cross-border terrorism, Central Govt should give the Indian Army should more powers and moral support.

• Separatist organizations should be banned and stringent action should be taken against its leaders for plotting anti-national activities.

• The people of Kashmir valley have been ousted by conspiracy and a well executed agenda. So, the State govt should create an environment, wherein, all those Kashmiri Pandits can return home and can lead a respectful life.

• Jammu-Ladak-Kashmir: All these three regions should be treated equally and should be provided equal opportunity and facilities. The minority appeasement policy should be stopped.

• In J&K, out of 22 districts only 5 districts of Kashmir valley are intensely terror affected, namely, Srinagar, Baramulla, Pulwama, Anantnag and Shopian. The govt should ensure that the terror 7 should not spread to the rest 17 districts and the people of these districts should be made aware of the problems that comes with terrorism and separatism.

• One of the interlocutors appointed by the Central Govt to solve the Kashmir issue said that, ‘he will discuss the Kashmir issue with Pakistan’. This kind of demoralizing statements will only intensify the problem. All the interlocutors , media and intellectuals should keep in mind that ‘Kashmir is an undisputable, integral part of India’.

• Many people who are protesting in Kashmir are doing so under the threat of terrorists. These people influenced by the false campaign. The true fact is, the common man of the Kashmir is facing the heat of these protests. To bring this situation under control, all the separatist leaders should be arrested immediately.

• Our leaders should develop the political will to execute the resolution ‘The state of Jammu & Kashmir has been, is and shall be an integral part If India and any attempts to separate it from the rest of the country will be resisted by all necessary means; adopted by the Indian Parliament in the year 1994.

‘Kashmir is an undisputable Integral Part of India’-this should be our strong determination. Itshigh time that, all Indians should stand to protect the Kashmir.

ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿ ಉರಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಎಂಬ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಇವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ನೀಡಲಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳೇ ಈ  ಲೇಖನದ ವಿಷಯ.

• ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘವು (ಆರ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್). ಕಳೆದ ೮೫ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಹಿಂದು ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಶಕ್ತಿಶಾಲಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದೇ ಸಂಘದ ಗುರಿ.

• ಇಂದು ಭಾರತದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಸಂಘದ ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ಇವೆ. ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಮಂದಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡುವ, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

• 1 ಲಕ್ಷ 50ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸೇವಾಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

• ಜಾತಿಭೇಧಗಳನ್ನು ದೂರಮಾಡಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದೇ ತಾಯಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

• ಸಮಾಜದ ವಿವಿಧ ರಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಂದರೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ, ರೈತ, ಮಹಿಳೆ, ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕ, ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮುಂತಾದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಿಂದ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.

• ಕಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಬುಡಕಟ್ಟಿನ ವನವಾಸಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಿಂದುಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರಲ್ಲೂ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಸಂಘದ್ದು.

• ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಭೂಕಂಪ, ಸುನಾಮಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನೆರೆಹಾವಳಿಯಂತಹ ದುರಂತಗಳಿರಲಿ, ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ-ಚೀನಾಗಳು ದೇಶದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭವಿರಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ತುರ್ತುಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಉಳಿಸಲು ನಡೆದ ಹೋರಾಟವಿರಲಿ-ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಸಮಾಜದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಧಾವಿಸಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇಂದು ಸಂಘವು ದೇಶದ ಜನಜೀವನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಲವಾದ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಮೂಡಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಎಂದೆನಿಸಿದೆ.

ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ

• ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಿಂದಲೂ ಅನೇಕ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಾಯಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಂಘದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ’ಕೋಮುವಾದಿ’ ಎಂದು ಕರೆದು ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಮತಗಳಿಸುವ ವೋಟ್‌ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಒಂದೆಡೆಯಾದರೆ, ಗಾಂಧೀಹತ್ಯೆಯಂತಹ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪವನ್ನು ಹೊರಿಸಿ ಸಂಘದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರಿದ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವೂ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಸಂಘದ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸದ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳು ೧೯೭೫ನೇ ಇಸವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುರ್ತುಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿ ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಎರಡನೇ ಬಾರಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಿದೆ.

• ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿ ತುಳಿಯಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಿಂದು ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟಿಸುವ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂಲ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇದೀಗ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಪ್ರಚಾರ

• ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಿಂದ ಹಿಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ’ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆ’ಗಳೆಂಬ ಕಪ್ಪು ಮಸಿ ಬಳಿಯುವ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಕೆಲವು ಬಾಂಬ್‌ಸ್ಫೋಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರವಿದೆ, ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್ಸಿನ ನಾಯಕರು ಇದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ-ಮುಂತಾದ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ’ಸಿಮಿ’ಯಂತಹ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಸಮೀಕರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಈ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಯುವರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ’ಮುಂಬೈ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ದಾಳಿ’ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೃತರಾದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಹಿಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳೇ ಕಾರಣವೆಂಬಂತೆ ನೀಚತನದ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮುಂದಾಳುಗಳೂ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಬಹುದಾದ ಗೊಂದಲ ನಿವಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವು ಅಂಶಗಳು:

• ಸಂಘವು ಎಂದೂ ಹಿಂಸಾಮಾರ್ಗದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರಬಹುದೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಮಾಜದ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದೆಂಬುದು ಸಂಘದ ನಂಬಿಕೆ.

• ಸಂಘದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಡಾ| ಹೆಡಗೇವಾರ್ ಅವರು ಕಲ್ಕತ್ತಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಿ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ, ಬಾಂಬು-ಬಂದೂಕುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವ ಮಾರ್ಗದಿಂದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ತರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಅರಿತು, ಆ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಿ ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅದೇ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಹಿಡಿಯುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಸಂಘಕ್ಕೆ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರನ್ನು-ಹಿಂಸಾವಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರ-ಪೊಲೀಸ್-ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಸಂಘದ ವಿಚಾರ. ದೇಶದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರೇ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಹಿಡಿದು ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಇಳಿಯುವುದರಿಂದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ-ಗೊಂದಲ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸರಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ತರುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜನಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

• ಬೇರೆಬೇರೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಧಿತರಾಗಿರುವ ಕೆಲವು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಸಂಘದ ನಿಲುಮೆಗೂ ತೀವ್ರವಾದ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಇದೆ. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಉಗ್ರವಾದ ಭಾವನೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅಸೀಮಾನಂದರ ತಪ್ಪೊಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯೂ ತುಂಬಾ ಗೊಂದಲದಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದೆ. ಅವರಿಂದ ಬಲವಂತವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸಂಘದ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ.

• ಸಂಘದ ಚಿಂತನೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಲಿ, ಇಂದ್ರೇಶ್‌ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಮುಖಂಡತ್ವದಲ್ಲಾಗಲೀ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಶುದ್ಧ ಸುಳ್ಳು. ಕಳೆದ ೮೫ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನೂ ಸಂಘವು ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಉಗ್ರವಾದದ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬಂಶವನ್ನು ಸಂಘದ ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಪೂಜನೀಯ ಮೋಹನ್ ಭಾಗವತರು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

• ’ಹಿಂದುಭಯೋತ್ಪಾನೆ’ ’ಕೇಸರಿಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ’ ಮುಂತಾದ ಶಬ್ದಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ಹಿಂದುಸಮಾಜದ ಮಾನಸಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಕೆಲವು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಕುರ್ಚಿ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಷ್ಟೇ ಅವರ ಉದ್ದೇಶ.

• ಹಿಂದೆ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪಗಳು ಬಂದಾಗಲೆಲ್ಲ ಸಂಘವು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಎದುರಿಸಿ ನಿಂತಿದೆ. ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಜಯ ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆ. ಸಮಾಜದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವರ್ಗಗಳೂ ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದೇ ಸಂಘದ ಕೆಲಸದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘವು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲಿದೆ.

ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಾವಾದಿಗಳೆಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವವರು ಯಾರು?

-1948ರಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಂಧಿಹತ್ಯೆಯ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪ ಹೊರಿಸಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ತಳ್ಳಿದವರು, ನೂರಾರು ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಂದವರು, ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟವರು.

– 1975ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಕಗ್ಗೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಿದವರು, ೧.೨೫ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಮನೆಗೆ ದೂಡಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಚಿತ್ರಹಿಂಸೆ ನೀಡಿದವರು.

-1984ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದಿರಾಗಾಂಧಿಯವರ ಕೊಲೆ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡಿ ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 3500ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಿಖ್ ಬಂಧುಗಳ ರಕ್ತ ಹರಿಸಿದವರು.

-ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹಿಂಸೆಯ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನೇ ಹಿಡಿದವರೇ ಹಿಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಿಂಸೆಯ ಹಣೆಪಟ್ಟಿ ಹಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ’ಭೂತದ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆ’ ಎಂಬಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ತದ್ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ, ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಿಂಸೆಯ ಆಕ್ರಮಣವಾದಾಗಲೂ ಸಂಘವು ಶಾಂತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಿಸಿ ಜಯಗಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಬನ್ನಿ, ಸಂಘದ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿ, ದೇಶದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿ.

ಉರಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ

ಜಮ್ಮು – ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿ ಉರಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ,

ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ಹಿಂಸೆ, ಬಾಂಬ್‌ಸ್ಫೋಟ, ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಇಳಿಯುವ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿಗಳು,

ಭಾರತದೊಂದಿಗಿನ ಸಂಬಂಧವನ್ನೂ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವ ಘೋಷಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹುನ್ನಾರ,

ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಜೊತೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸುವ ಸಂಚು,

ಇಂತಹ ವಿಘಟನಕಾರೀ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರೋಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ನೀರು ಗೊಬ್ಬರ ಎರೆಯುವ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಚುನಾಯಿತಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ,

ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ  ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತತೆಯ ಲೇಪ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಜೀವಿವಲಯದ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ತಂದುಕೊಡುವ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿ,

ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ದಿನದಂದೇ ಭಾರತದ ತ್ರಿವರ್ಣ ಧ್ವಜ ಹಾರಿಸಲಾಗದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ,

ಧ್ವಜ ಹಾರಿಸಲೆಂದು ಬಂದ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಿಂಸೆ, ಸೇಡಿನ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ, ಜೈಲುವಾಸದ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ,

ಹೀಗೆ ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮಿರದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಹೃದಯ ವಿದ್ರಾವಕವಾಗಿದೆ, ಆಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕುಸಿದು ಅರಾಜಕತೆ ತಾಂಡವವಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ

ಋಷಿ- ಮುನಿಗಳ ತಪಸ್ಸಿನ ಕರ್ಮಭೂಮಿ, ೬ಸಾವಿರ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೂ ಮಿಕ್ಕ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಪರಂಪತೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದ ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಹೀಗೇಕೆ ಆಯಿತು?

• ಘಜ್ನಿ-ಘೋರಿಗಳ ಕಾಲದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದ ಇಸ್ಲಾಂಮಿನ ಆಕ್ರಮಣ, ಹಿಂಸೆ, ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರದ ಮತಾಂತರ, ದಿನೇ ದಿನೇ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿದ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ.

• ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ಹೊಸ್ತಿಲಲ್ಲೇ ೫೬೮ ಪ್ರಾಂತಗಳು ಭಾರತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಲೀನ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರೆ ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಪ್ರಾಂತವನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟ ಅಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಜವಹಾರಲಾಲ್ ನೆಹರೂರವರ ಕುರುಡು ನೀತಿ ಮಿತಿಮೀರಿದ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಓಲೈಕೆಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ. ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ೩೭೦ನೇ ವಿಧಿಯಡಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹಿಡಿತ ತಪ್ಪಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ್ದೇ ಪರಮಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಎಂಬಂತಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಇಂದಿಗೂ ಜಮ್ಮು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ವಜೀರ್-ಎ-ಅಜಮ್ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರನ್ನು ಸದರ್-ಎ-ರಿಯಾಸತ್ ಎಂದೇ ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹೀನಸ್ಥಿತಿ.

• 1953ರಲ್ಲೇ ದಾರಿತಪ್ಪುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದ ಡಾ|| ಶ್ಯಾಮಪ್ರಸಾದ ಮುಖರ್ಜಿರವರ ಹೋರಾಟ ಬಲಿದಾನವನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ್ದು.

ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಪರಿಣಾಮ

ಈ ಎಲ್ಲದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿಂದು ಭಾರತದ ಯಾವ ’ಧ್ವನಿ’ಯೂ ಕೇಳಲಾಗದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ತಲುಪಿದೆ.

• ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವನ್ನು ಕಬಳಿಸಲು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ನಿರಂತರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಮೂರು ಸಲ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿ ಮುಖಭಂಗ

• ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಈಗ ತನ್ನ ತಂತ್ರ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟು, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಾಸ್ತ್ರ ನೀಡಿ ಭಾರತದೊಳಗೆ ನುಸುಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ’ನಕಲಿಯುದ್ಧ’ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರತವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

• ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಕಣಿವೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಮಿಕ್ಕ ಹಿಂದುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಆಸ್ತಿ-ನೆಲ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರಾಗಿದಾರೆ. ಈಗ ಅಂತಹದೇ ಆತಂಕ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವರು ಸಿಖ್ಖರು ಹಾಗೂ ಲಡಾಖ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬೌದ್ಧರು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಸಿಖ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೌದ್ಧರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕರಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

• ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ, ಜಮ್ಮು, ಲಡಾಖ್ ಹೀಗೆ ಮೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿದ್ದರೂ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಹಣಸಹಾಯ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಎಂದಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಇದೀಗ ಪಾಕ್ ಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಉಗ್ರಗಾಮಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರ ಬದಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಹಿಳೆ-ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕೈಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಲ್ಲು ನೀಡಿ ಸೈನಿಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈವರೆಗೆ 1500ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸೈನಿಕರು ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡು ಹಲವಾರು ನಾಗರೀಕರು ಮೃತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಲ್ಲು ’ಹೊಡೆಯುವ’ ಚಳುವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಳ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಂಶವೂ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಾರವಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಈಗಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಒಮರ್ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾದಿಗಳ ಹಿಡಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಚಿದಂಬರಂ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಓಲೈಕೆಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವುದು ಉಗ್ರವಾದಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೋರಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಸೈನ್ಯಶಕ್ತಿಯ ನೈತಿಕಬಲ ಕುಸಿಯುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಜಿಂದಾಬಾದ್, ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಬನೇಗಾ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ್ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕೂಗುತ್ತಾ ರಸ್ತೆಗಿಳಿಯುವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಏನೂ ಮಾಡಲಾಗದ ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ.

2001ರ ಜನಗಣತಿಯಂತೆ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ, ಜಮ್ಮು, ಲಡಾಖ್‌ನ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇಂತಿದೆ.

ಪರಿಹಾರ ಏನು ?

• ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವು ಭಾರತದ ಇತರ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಂತೆ ಸಮಾನ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಯಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 370ನೇ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬೇರೆಯೇ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಬಾರದು.

• ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿರಿಸಲು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನವು ಸದಾ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಉಗ್ರವಾದಿ-ನುಸುಳುಕೋರರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಗಡಿಯಾಚೆಗಿನ ಈ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಸೇನೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಮಾಧಿಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ನೈತಿಕ ಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ.

• ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಶೀಘ್ರ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರಿ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದರ ನಾಯಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

• ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಕಣಿವೆಯ ತಮ್ಮ ಊರು-ಮನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬಲವಂತವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಯೋಜಿತ ಸಂಚಿನ ಫಲವಾಗಿ ಹೊರದೂಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು, ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರಾಗಿರುವ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ಹಿಂದುಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಪಾಸು ಕರೆತರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವಯುತ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಡಬಲ್ಲ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಯಾರಾಗಬೇಕು.

• ಜಮ್ಮು-ಲಡಾಖ್-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ; ಈ ಮೂರೂ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸಮಾನ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ, ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಬಾಹುಳ್ಯದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ನೀಡುವ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ಓಲೈಕೆಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ನಿಲ್ಲಬೇಕು.

• ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಒಟ್ಟು 22ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ತೀವ್ರತೆ ಇರುವುದು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಕಣಿವೆಯ ಶ್ರೀನಗರ, ಬಾರಾಮುಲಾ, ಪುಲವಾಮಾ, ಅನಂತನಾಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೋಪಿಯಾನ್ ಎಂಬ ಕೇವಲ 5 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಉಳಿದ 17 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಗ್ರವಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು, ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಮಾನಸಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದರ ಜತೆಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹರಡದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

• ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸಂವಾದಕರ್ತರಲ್ಲೊಬ್ಬರು ’ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಜತೆಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.’ ಇಂತಹ ದೌರ್ಬಲ್ಯದ ಮನೋಭೂಮಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗದು. ’ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವು ಭಾರತದ್ದೇ ಅಂಗ, ಅದು ನಮ್ಮದೇ’ ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶವು ಸಂವಾದಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ, ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ, ವಿಚಾರವಂತರಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ಮನದಟ್ಟಾಗಬೇಕು.

• ಈಗ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹರತಾಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ಉಗ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಬಲವಂತಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರದಿಂದ ಅವಾಸ್ತವ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು, ತಪ್ಪು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳಿಂದ ತೀವ್ರ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೀಡಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನ ತುರ್ತಾಗಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಿ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೊರಗಿಟ್ಟರೇನೇ ಸದ್ಯದ ವಿಷಮ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಹತೋಟಿಗೆ ತರಬಹುದು.

• 1994ರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸತ್ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಲಾದ ’ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಭಾರತದ ಅವಿಭಾಜ್ಯ ಅಂಗ’ ಎಂಬ ಘೋಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾರ‍್ಯರೂಪಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸಬೇಕು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಮನೋಬಲ ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಬೇಕು.

ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವು ಭಾರತದ ಅವಿಭಾಜ್ಯ ಅಂಗ. ಇದು ನಮ್ಮೆಲರ ದೃಢಸಂಕಲ್ಪವಾಗಬೇಕು ವಡು, ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಮಡಿ – ಎಂಬ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಭಾರತೀಯರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
