Bengaluru January 02, 2017: RSS Sarakaryavah Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi, Art of Living Founder Sri Sri Ravishankar, Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Dr Nirmal Kumar Sing to attend Concluding Ceremony of Acharya Abhinavagupta Millenium Celebrations on January 07, 2017 at Art of Living Ashrama, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru.

Acharya Abhinavagupta Millennium Year Celebrations Committee headed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji has been celebrating the thousand years of Acharya Abhinavagupta since January 2016. The concluding ceremony of these celebrations will be held at the Art of Living International Centre, Bangalore on 6th and 7th January 2017.

This event will also host a National Scholars Confluence (Vidvat Sangam) on various facets of Jammu Kashmir in which strategic experts and senior academicians will participate in eight “Dialogue Sessions” about Jammu Kashmir. These dialogue sessions will dwell upon important topics having far-reaching implications related to the ongoing discourse on Jammu Kashmir.

The topics will include Jammu Kashmir in a Historical Perspective’, ‘The Himalayan Geo-Politics’, ‘Legal and Constitutional Status of Jammu Kashmir’ and more (detailed list of dialogue sessions appended below).

The two-day event will be addressed by—

Jammu Kashmir Study Centre (JKSC) is an independent and objective think-tank dedicated to the study of Jammu Kashmir in its totality. The aim of JKSC is to dispel misinformation and create awareness about facts relating to Jammu Kashmir. JKSC was established in 2011 to undertake policy relevant studies on all aspects of this strategically important Indian state and disseminate the outcome of these studies in a right perspective in the public domain.
