Philibhit, Uttara Pradesh August 06: Aimed to uplift rural Indian life, former RSS Akhil Bharatiya Seva Pramukh Sitarama Kedilaya lead Bharat Parikrama Yatra has entered Uttara Pradesh on August 2nd Saturday on its Day-722 of the Yatra by entering Majeela Village in Philibhit district.

Today on Aug 06 Wednesday, the Yatra on its non-stop- 727th day, covered an area of about 8300km by walk, is now moving in Philibhit district, which comes under Bruj Pranth as per RSS Zonal division. Yatra is scheduled to visit Ayodhya on September 3.

Yatra will enter ‘Naimisharanya’  on August 11 and continue its journey in Avadh Pranth in Uttarapradesh.

Yatra had spent nearly 156 days from February 26, 2014 to Aug 1 2014 at Uttarakhand. Navasir Village of Udham Sing district was the last village visited by Kedilaya in Uttrakhand, then entered border, reached Uttara Pradesh via Philibhit. Bharat Parikrama Yatra entered Uttarakhand on February 26 from the previous state Himachal Pradesh and travelled across the villages creating awareness about conservation of water, ecology and rural Indian values in village life.vOn January 13, 2014 the Bharat Parikrama Yatra had entered Himachal Pradesh.

Began on August 09, 2012 from Kanyakumari, the Yatra already travelled in Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand. Now Uttara Pradesh will be the  11th state to be covered in Bharat Parikrama Yatra.

During his Yatra in Uttar Pradesh, 67 year old RSS Pracharak Sitarama Kedilaya will visit historic and most significant places including Ayodhya, Mathura, Kashi and Prayag. The detail of the Yatra schedule is yet to be received.
