Anekal, Bangalore Jan : In a first of its kind for the Bangalore City outskirts zone Anekal Zone RSS unit, a mega convention ‘RSS Anekal Sanghik’ was successfully held on Sunday evening.
2632 Swayamsevaks dressed in Ganavesh attended the ceremony. Nearly 1400 citizens participated in the programme.
Dr Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat, RSS Dakshina-Madhya Kshethra Sampark Pramukh (Incharge of Public Relations of RSS for South-Central Zone) addressed the gathering. Senior RSS functionaries, prominent leaders of Sanghparivar attended the event.
As a part of Swami Vivekananda’s 151st birthday on January 12th, which also marks the national youth day, this ‘Sanghik’ programme was organised by local RSS unit which received huge public support in which youth-students participated in large number.
