Introduction :-
If a nation needs to progress in every aspects or if a nation needs to get destroyed or enslaved the role of the youths plays a very Important role.The history as always proven that any nation which as become a global power the role of that nations youths and their innovative contribution in every field and mainly taking active part in the governance of that nation and successfully bringing a political stability plays a very important role for the growth of that nation.
History:-
As someone told the history is the always been the best teacher to know the journey of any nation till the modern world, In the same way our Bharat was once known as ‘Sone ki Chidiya’ and ‘Vishwa Guru’ but we lost our glory due to the continuous invasion, Here let us remember two such youths who fought against the invaders and vowed to free this country from their cruel rule and bring back the lost glory & they are ‘Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’ & ‘Peshwa Baji Rao’.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj:- Shivaji Maharaj was born to Shahaji & Jijabai in the year 1630 at the time of his birth Bharat was under the cruel governance of the invaders.Shivaji Maharaj completed his education under the guidance of his mother and his teacher Dadoji Kondadeo & to free this country from rule of the invaders he built a small army of ‘Mavala’ and took a oath in Raireshwar temple to establish ‘Hindavi Swarajya’ at the age of 16years he won his first fort i.e Torna Fort and fought till his last breath against the invaders to free this country from them & the ‘Maratha Empire’ went on to become Bharat’s greatest empire in the history.
Peshwa Baji Rao:- Peshwa Baji rao was born in Maratha Empire to Balaji Vishwanath serving as Peshwa to Chhatrapati Shau Maharaj and Radhabai Barve. After his father death he proved his ability and was appointed has Peshwa for the Maratha Empire by Shau Maharaj at the age of only 20years. As soon as he became Peshwa due to his Remarkable Military skill and Statesmanship he started expanding the Maratha empire, During his life time he fought nearly 41 battle and won all 41 of them.
During British Rule:-
When British East India Company established British empire in Bharat many people started revolting against their rule and participated in a very large numbers in the Freedom movement and many even sacrificed their life for our country’s freedom in which most of them were youths .
Here let us remember two such freedom fighter who sacrificed their life for our nations freedom at a very young age and they are ‘ Khudiram Bose’ & ‘ Anant Lakshman Kanhare’.
Khudiram Bose:- Khudiram Bose was born on 3rd December 1889 in today’s west Bengal to Trailokyanath Bose & Lakshmipriya Devim and at a very young age he Started to take actively part in the freedom movement and joined ’Anushilan Samiti’ and attempted to assassinate British Officer ‘Douglas Kingsford’ by throwing Bombs on him and was caught by the British and sentenced to death at a very young age of 18years .
Anant Laksham Kanhare:- Anant Lakshman Kanhare was born on 7th January 1892 and at a very young age he started to take actively part in the freedom movement and joined ‘Abhinav Bharat’ formed and guided by Babarao Savarkar & Veer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar .On 21st December 1909 he assassinated a British officer serving has a magistrate in Nashik district ‘Arthur Mason Tippetts Jackson’ & later caught by the British and Sentenced to Death at a very young age of 18 years.
How Today’s Youth can contribute in making Bharat a Viksit Bharat:-
After our country’s freedom on 15th august 1947 we adopted our own constitution and declared republic on 26th January 1950 which means this nation will be governed by its own people by forming own government in a democratic way i.e through electoral process and every citizen will be voting and select their own government.
But Today’s Youth should not think just voting and selecting the government and their job is done and the head of the state and the elected representatives will look after the governance and development of this nation rather every youths of this country need to take part in the governance in one or other way and raise their voice whenever its necessary and also need to learn and be aware of basic concepts like:-
- LOCAL GOVERNANCE TO NATIONAL POLITICS
- SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR SURROUNDINGS
- SANITATION AND HEALTH( BOTH PUBLIC AND IN HOME)
- PEDESTRIAN MOBILITY
- PUBLIC POLICY AND ESSENTIALS OF GOOD GOVERNANCE
- LAW ENFORCEMENT TO UNDERSTANDING GOVERNMENT POLICY
- BUREAUCRACY AND ECONOMICS
- INDIAN CONSTITUTION AND LOCAL LAW
- SOCIAL MEDIA AWARENESS
- INNOVATIONS TO CREATING JOBS etc……
The above are the basics concepts were every individual need to have an idea and take necessary steps to bring a small change in the society and also make use of the system rather blaming it. By learning all this concepts both in practical and theory manner it will help today’s youth in bringing good governance in our country and also help in our country’s growth by implementing their innovative ideas in nation building process.
Conclusion :-
Finally I wanna conclude by telling that every youths of this country need to understand a basic truth that :- If their ward is good then their constituency will be good, If their constituency is good then their district will be good, If their district is good then their state will be good, If their state is good then the Bharat will be good, If Bharat is good then the world will be a better place to live for all the living creatures and then once again our country will become VISHWA GURU.
