New Delhi May 11, 2016: ” Adi Shankaraacharya revived Bhagavadgita and placed as the principle text of Bharat, through his monumental interpretation, of GitaBhashya” said RSS Sahsarakaryavah Dr KrishnaGopal on Wednesday.
Dr KrishnaGopal was addressing National Philosophers Day held at Constitution Club of New Delhi on the occasion of Adishankaracharya Jayanti, organised by Navodayam and Faith Foundation.
Dr KrishnaGopal said “Darshan deals with ultimate knowledge and seeks always the truth behind the existence. Adi Shankacharyaj has done so much for Sanatan Dharma in 32 years of his life. He was not just a theoretical philosopher, instead he was a Darshanik, who experienced truth of life and then disseminated the knowledge“.
Union Minister Dr Mahesh Sharma, Sadhvi Jaya Bharati, RSS Akhil Bharatiya Sah Prachar Pramukh J Nandakumar and other prominent functionaries were present on the occasion.
