An appeal to all donors: Bengaluru RSS’ Seva Vibhag distributes food kits to daily wage workers

25 Mar 2020, Bengaluru: Due to Covid 19, Corona virus pandemic and the lockdown being announced since 24 Mar 2020, the daily wage workers potentially are being stranded without work and money.

RSS’ Seva Vibhag of Bengaluru has started to distribute provision (food) kit to the daily wage workers who are in need of any help. Swayamsevaks have initiated the process to identify such deserving families at various slums(seva bastis) and other areas of Bengaluru. It is also requested to speak to Sri Gururaj Kulakarni (Bengaluru South) on 9901533889 and Sri Gangadhar (Bengaluru North) on 9343751434 in case one would want to inform them about the potential beneficiaries.

The provision kit would include:
Rice 5kg
Toor Dal 1 KG
Cooking oil – 0.5 Ltr
Salt – 500gm
Onions and Potatoes – 1 KG each
