Dhubri District, Assam April 10: Aiming the upliftment of rural Indian life in villages, RSS Former national functionary Sitarama Kedilaya lead Bharat Parikrama Yatra has reached Nathpura Village in Bilasapara of Dhubri district in Assam on its non-stop 973rd day today.

67 year old Sitarama Kedilaya has now completed this 11,450 kilometers by his mega walk.  The Yatra was started on August 09, 2012 from Kanyakumari.

Bharat Parikrama Yatra had entered Sri Rampur village of Kokrajar District in Assam on March 30th from Pakadi Gudi Village of Alipur Dwar district of West Bengal. As per the schedule, Bharat Parikrama Yatra will travel in North East States including Arunachal Pradesh, the most eastern state of India ill December 2015. In January 2016, the Yatra will return to West Bengal state but continue its journey in Dakshin Bang Pranth and then to reach Odisha in February 2016.
