Prayag, Feb 07, 2013: Sant Sammelan, the conclave of religious heads at Kumbh Mela today has passed a resolution on Ram Mandir and other issues of national Importance.

RSS Sarsanghchaalak Mohan Bhagwat addressed Dharma Samsad, said “Ram Mandir is a matter of our & Bharat’s self-respect & we will make it at Ayodhya Bhagwan Ram’s birth place. To make a law to make Ram Temple we will influence the parliament. We do not want Hitler; we want Ram Temple by all parties. We are not for 1 person, 1 party; all in Bharat should come together to build grand Bhagwan Ram temple. It is up to the party (BJP) to decide who will be their PM candidate; we or Dharma Samsad will not do it.” (In Hindi, “भगवान् श्रीराम का भव्य मंदिर यह केवल हमारा नहीं समूचे भारत की अस्मिता का प्रश्न है। भारत की संसद राम मंदिर का क़ानून सोमनाथ मंदिर के ही तरह बनाए इस हेतु हम दबाव बनायेंगे और विशाल आन्दोलन करेंगे। इस के लिए हम किसी एक व्यक्ति या पक्ष के भरोसे नहीं हैं, हम सभी पक्षों से यह अपेक्षा करते हैं कि भगवान् राम का मंदिर बनाने में आगे आये। हमें कोई हिटलर नहीं चाहिए; सभी पक्ष मिलकर राम मंदिर का क़ानून बनाए। पक्ष का प्रधानमन्त्री पद का उम्मीदवार तय करना हमारा या धर्मसंसद का काम नहीं। “)
