ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 5, 2019ರಂದು ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಟಿಕಲ್ 370 ರದ್ಧತಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಎತ್ತಿಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಿಂದ ಲಡಾಖ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವೂ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ 2024ರ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30ರೊಳಗೆ ಜಮ್ಮು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಪ್ರಮುಖ್ ಸುನೀಲ್ ಅಂಬೇಕರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ “ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರ್ಟಿಕಲ್ 370 ರ ರದ್ಧತಿ ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘ ಈ ನಿರ್ಣಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಿಂದಲೂ ಆರ್ಟಿಕಲ್ 370ನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಸಂಘವು ಈ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಕೆಲವು ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಆಂದೋಲನಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿರ್ಣಯವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಏಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಆರ್ಟಿಕಲ್ 370ರ ಕಾರಣ ಜಮ್ಮು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಈ ನಿರ್ಣಯದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಿ ದೊರೆತಂತಾಗಿದೆ.” ಎಂದರು.
RSS Welcomes the verdict of Supreme court which upholded the decision of Central Government regarding abrogation of Article 370
Supreme court upholds the decision taken by the Central Government regarding Article 370 Abrogation on August 5, 2019. It also upholded the liberation of Ladakh from Jammu Kashmir. The Apex Court also ordered to restore the statehood status of Jammu and Kashmir before September 30, 2024.
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh welcomes the verdict of the Supreme Court. RSS Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramuk Sunil Ambekar spoke regarding the verdict of the Apex Court and said that “The verdict of Supreme court to uphold the abrogation of Article 370 is appreciable. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh welcomes this decision. Right from beginning RSS has opposed the imposition of Article 370 and put forth the same through several resolutions it has passed and active participation in all the movements associated with the issue. This decision will contribute further in strengthening of national unity. The people of Jammu and Kashmir have finally got freedom from the injustice they were subjected to for years due to Article 370.”
