Ranchi October 30, 2015: RSS Sarasanghachalak Mohan Bhagwat inaugurated the 3-day top RSS national annual meet Akhil Bharatiya Karyakarini Mandal Baitak (ABKM); one of the highest body for policy formulation and decision making in RSS, at Ranchi on Friday morning.
RSS Sarakaryavah Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi accompanied Bhagwat during the inaugural.
State level select office bearers of RSS, National office bearers of Sangh affiliated (Sangh Parivar) organizations are attending all the three days of the meeting.
RSS apex body paid tributes to several national leaders, great personalities who expired since March-2015. The confluence began with the obituary paid to the departed soul, who has always been the part of the nations glorious tradition.
Began today, Akhil Bharatiya Karyakarini Mandal Baitak (ABKM) or All India Executive Council Meeting will be concluding on Sunday November 1, 2015. The meeting will deliberate on reviewing and future planning of organizational matters and activities and some resolutions on key national issues will be passed in the meeting.
Resolutions on key national issues including ‘Imbalance in Population-Demography’ based on recent census report were expected.
Addressing the media on the eve of the meet, RSS Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh Dr Manmohan Vaidya said the recent census which had just come showed an imbalance in the growth of population. “There would be extensive deliberations on the subject during the meeting and a resolution in this context may be taken up,” he said.
Prominent leaders from Bharateeya Kisan Sangh, working for the farmers; Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram, a tribal welfare organization; Akhil Bharateeya Vidyarthi Parishad, one of the biggest student organization of the contry; Bharateeya Mazdoor Sangh, a leading trade union; Vishwa Hindu Parishad, a forum of Sadhus, Sants and Pontiffs; Bharatiya Janata Party, one of the two most important political parties of India; are attending the meeting.
Office bearers of Vidhya Bharati, Vijnana Bharati, Kreeda Bharati, Seva Bharati, Samskrit Bharati, Samskar Bharati, Laghu Udyog Bharati as well as leaders from Rashtra Sevika Samithi, Swadeshi Jagaran Manch, Deendayal Samshodhan Samsthan, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Shaikshanika Mahasangh, Dharmajagaran will be participating in the conclave.
Reports of activities of all these organizations will be submitted in the meeting. State wise activities of the RSS will be reviewed. Important national issues will be discussed and necessary resolutions will be passed in the meeting.
The Sanghachalak (President), Karyavah (Secretary) and Pracharak (Organizing secretary) heading each Prant (state units) of RSS from all over India will take part in this ABKM that meets twice every year. Other than these state functionaries, the 400 participants will include prominent select activists from social organizations working in different walks of life in the society.
On all these days, updates of the meeting will be given by senior officials of Sangh to the media.

Nation shocked at the desecration of sacred Shri Guru Granth Sahib – Suresh Bhayyaji Joshi
Ranchi : RSS Sarakaryawah Suresh Bhayyaji Joshi said that The insulting act of desecration of the sacred Shri Guru Granth Sahib which is the center of veneration and devotion for the entire Bharatiya samaj has shocked all the countrymen. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh condemns this sacrilegious act in strongest terms.
Shri Guru Granth Sahib is not only the ‘Jagat Jyot’ (Living Soul ) – an embodiment of Guru but also a carrier of our eternal spirituality and is the cultural conscience that transcends the differences of caste, creed, way of worship, social status, sect, region and language to bring together all the Bharatiyas with a thread of oneness.
The sad incident in Bargadi village of Faridkot district followed by series of incidents in village Baath and Nijjharpura in Taran Taran district and at village Ghavandi in Ludhiana district clearly point to a pre-planned conspiracy of vested interests and anti national elements to disturb the harmonious atmosphere of Punjab.
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh condemns all the above incidents and calls upon the countrymen to foil these conspiracies and strengthen the tradition of religious and social harmony of Bharat. RSS appeals to the Government of Punjab to take firm action against the miscreants involved in the above demeaning acts and also urge the Central Government to investigate and expose the perpetrators behind this conspiracy.
RSS not a ‘punching bag’ for pseudo-secular people: Dattatreya Hosabale
रांची : अखिल भारतीय कार्यकारी मंडल की बैठक का विधिवत् उद्घाटन रांची के सरला बिरला स्कूल में पू. सरसंघचालक डॉ. मोहन राव भागवत जी और सरकार्यवाह सुरेश भय्या जी जोशी ने किया.
राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सह-सरकार्यवाह दत्तात्रेय होसबले जी ने प्रेस वार्ता में संघ की अखिल भारतीय कार्यकारी मंडल की बैठक के संबंध में जानकारी दी. उन्होंने कहा कि संघ की बैठक वर्ष में दो बार होती है, प्रतिनिधि सभा की बैठक मार्च में, जबकि कार्यकारी मंडल की बैठक विजयादशमी एवं दीपावली के बीच होती है. सामान्यतः इन बैठकों में संघ कार्य के विस्तार, गुणात्मकता की दृष्टि से प्रगति और समाज राष्ट्र जीवन में संघ कार्य के प्रभाव पर चर्चा एवं कार्यनीति की कई बातें तय करते हैं. समाज एवं राष्ट्रजीवन से संबंधित कुछ विषयों पर हिन्दू समाज के विचार एवं मन को व्यक्त करने वाले संघ की नीति और विचार से सुसम्बद्ध प्रस्ताव भी बैठक में पारित करते हैं.
सह सरकार्यवाह जी ने बताया कि 30 अक्टूबर से प्रारंभ तीन दिवसीय अखिल भारतीय कार्यकारी मंडल की बैठक में 400 के लगभग संघ के अधिकारी भाग ले रहे हैं. इस बैठक में जनसंख्या असंतुलन पर हम लोग चर्चा करने वाले हैं. संघ के विस्तार का कार्य तो प्रतिदिन चलता रहता है, परंतु समय समय पर शाखाओं की संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए विशेष कार्य करते हैं. वर्तमान में देश के सभी खण्डों (प्रखण्डों) में संघ का कार्य चल रहा है. अगले तीन वर्षों में देश के सभी मण्डलों तक पहुंचने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है. अभी देश के 32000 स्थानों पर 52000 शाखाएं चल रही हैं. रांची में 75 शाखाएं चल रही है. इसके साथ ही 13620 साप्ताहिक मिलन केन्द्र एवं 8000 स्थानों पर संघ मंडली चल रही है. शाखा में तरूणों की संख्या बढ़ी है, अभी 66 प्रतिशत शाखाएं छात्रों की है, 91 प्रतिशत शाखा 40 वर्ष से कम आयु के तरूणों की है. नए लोग संघ से जुड़ने के लिए उत्साहित हैं.
दत्तात्रेय जी ने कहा कि संघ के विभिन्न आयामों के माध्यम से भी लोग जुड़ रहे हैं. संघ का काम व्यक्ति निर्माण है, यह काम प्रत्येक दिन लगने वाली शाखा पर होता है. देश में 150 ग्राम विकास के केन्द्र चल रहे हैं. इसके प्रभाव से लोगों ने ग्रामीण इलाकों से शहरों की ओर जाना कम कर दिया है. संघ की ओर से गौ सेवा, सामाजिक समरसता व कुटुम्ब प्रबोधन के कार्य चलाए जा रहे हैं. संघ चाहता है कि समाज में समरसता का भाव बना रहे. प्रत्येक गांव एवं शहर में सभी जातियों के लिए एक श्मशान घाट हो, मंदिरों में सभी लोगों का प्रवेश हो, तालाब एवं कुआं में सभी जल ले सकें. इसका प्रभाव भी दिख रहा है. कुटुम्ब प्रबोधन के माध्यम से परिवारों में आत्मीयता हो, बच्चों में संस्कार आए, प्रत्येक घर में सेवा के भाव रहे इसका प्रयास चल रहा है.
