RSS Sarsanghchalak inaugurated the “Maa Soundarya Chinmayi Mandir”
Merely possessing the truth is not enough; establishing that truth requires strength : RSS Sarsanghchalak
Agartala, Tripura (21 April 2026): The “Maa Soundarya Chinmayi Mandir”, dedicated to Maa Tripureshwari, was inaugurated on the auspicious day of Adi Shankaracharya in Fakirmura village under the Mohanpur subdivision of the West Tripura district.
On this occasion, RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat Ji, highly appreciated the objective of providing completely free education at Chinmaya Harihara Vidyalaya.
In his address as the chief guest, Mohan Bhagwat Ji thanked the audience present on the auspicious day of Gariya Puja and said, “Knowledge does not mean speech; knowledge is understanding”. He said that for two thousand years, the whole world has gone through the experiment of many philosophies from science to socialism. But in the present time, the world is realizing that today the world needs Bharat’s perspective on life. That is why the world needs Bharat today.
He commented that Sanatan Dharma is showing the right direction to the entire world. He said that temples were the center of Bharatiya social life. Today, along with power, devotion is also needed. Moreover, the society remembers those who have the attitude of serving everyone by mixing with everyone. This is the culture of Bharat. The Sarsanghchalak commented that the four states of South are most engaged in sewa karya. He said there was diversity among us for many ages. Since then, we have been one. Unity in diversity is our strength. But to stop this rise of Bharat, external forces are trying to create division among us, said Mohan Bhagwat Ji. He urged all to be careful.

Sarsanghchalak Ji observes that in today’s era, merely possessing the truth is not enough; establishing that truth requires strength. Bharat’s strength lies embedded within its culture. However, Bharat has never harboured an aggressive mindset. Bharat has consistently advocated for peace and brotherhood – a peace that is most urgently needed in today’s war-torn world. It is precisely in this sphere that Bharat continues to work. The sages and seers of Bharat undertook the task of permeating every corner of the country’s social fabric with the unique approach to divine worship that Bharat has embraced – one characterized by a deep reverence for nature, including rivers, hills, and mountains; and this monumental endeavour was not accomplished overnight. That noble mission has been an unceasing process.
