UPA is creating a situation in which Communal Violence Bill will be passed without any opposition. The opposition is boycotting Parliament by opposing FDI and other issues. In the meanwhile the Sonia govt. will pass stealthily all the obnoxious bills as it did last time when it passed a number of bills in half an hour or so.
