Lohar Mal Raigarh, Maharashtra, December 21, 2012: Aiming the upliftment of villages, RSS former functionary Sitaram Kedilaya lead Bharat Parikrama Yatra has reached Raigarh region of Maharashtra on its 135th day.

After a successful Padayatra in Tamilnadu’s Kanyakumari, Kerala, Karnataka and Goa, now Maharashtra is the 5th state to receive RSS Pracharak Sitarama Kedilaya’s Bharat Parikrama Yatra on its 125th day on Dec 11. Bharat Parikrama Yatra entered Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra on December 11. RSS functionaries, Villagers, well wishers welcomed Bharat Parikrama Yatra with traditional folk style.

Began on August 9, 2012 from Kanyakumari of Tamilnadu, 65year old RSS Pracharak Sitaram Kedilaya lead Bharat Parikrama Yatra has been aimed at the upliftment of rural life in the villages of India. The Yatra which was launched in Kanyakumari on August 9, has now covered an approximate distance of 1300km.
