VHP national conference
Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s national convention was held on July 2 and 3 at Maharshi Sadhaphal Dev Ashram, near Jhansi of Alahabad, Uttar pradesh. The national convention was attended by Senior VHP functionaries from all states of India. VHP international President Ashok Singhal, International Secretary Dr Pravin Togadia and several others were present in this conference. 4 Major resolutions were passed in this conference. The resolution were related to Communal violance bill, amaranath yathra, Hindu saints and nationalism and some other issues passed.
