Jaipur September 13, 2015: “Value based family system is the strength of Hindu Society. Because of these values Indian Families successfully stood against all social challenges. As per the concepts of Hindutva, the man and woman are two different expressions of same principle in origin”, said RSS Saarasanghachalak Mohan Bhagwat. He was addressing the valedictory ceremony of 2-day Columnist Meet at Jaipur on Sunday evening.
Addressing the valedictory function of the 2-day Columnists Meet here on Sunday, RSS Sarasanghachalak Mohan Bhagwat said that our view of issues and solutions to all problems ought to be based on the ethos of Hindu lifestyle. As the tenets of Hindu lifestyle are based on unity of all, man and woman are seen as two different expressions of same principle in origin. Hence the stress is more on unity of both instead of equality alone.
Shri Bhagwat also said that despite several challenges it has faced, the value and importance of the Indian family system has remained intact. This is one of the strengths of the Hindu society. It is by recognizing our roots and strengthening them, the capacity to resist westernization and similar attacks on it can be built in the society.
He also said that it is our Indian tradition to reject wrong customs and accept and adopt good values from the world over which instills long-lasting values in our lives. The society will organize itself on this principle and stand united and will efficiently accomplish the task of providing purpose and direction in life for the entire humanity.
Shri Bhagwat stressed on the fact that today there is need to analyze the Hindu values on scientific criteria and have to reject those things that do not stand that scrutiny. He said that it is only Hindu dharma which has the capability to take humanity forward based on harmony. For this to happen, we need to move forward by integrating our age-old values with modern conditions.
Prior to the Sarsanghchalak’s valedictory address, Prof. Rakesh Sinha, Advocate Monica Arora, Dr. Suvarn Rawal and Smt. Mrinalini Naniwadekar presented their views on deliberations on women in Hindu philosophy, media, challenges for women in politics and judiciary respectively.
जयपुर, 13 सितम्बर। राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सरसंघचालक श्री मोहनराव भागवत ने दो दिवसीय स्तम्भ लेखक संगोष्ठी के समापन पर रविवार को कहा कि हिन्दू जीवन दृष्टि के आधार पर ही सारे विषयों को और समस्याओं को देखना चाहिए। हिन्दू जीवन दृष्टि एकात्म होने के नाते स्त्री-पुरुष को एक ही तत्व के दो प्रकटीकरण के रूप में देखती है, इसलिए समानता के बदले एकत्व पर उसका बल है।
श्री भागवत ने कहा कि भारत की परिवार व्यवस्था का मूल्य और महत्व अनेक चुनौतियों के बावजूद अक्षुण्ण टिका हुआ है। यह हिंदू समाज की एक ताकत है। अपनी जड़ों की पहचान के साथ जड़ों को मजबूत करते रहने से पश्चिमीकरण या ऐसे अनेक आक्रमणों का मुकाबला करने की शक्ति समाज में निर्माण होगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि गलत रूढ़ियों को नकारते हुए शाश्वत जीवन मूल्यों के आधार पर दुनिया से अच्छी बातों को स्वीकार करने की भारत की परम्परा रही है। इसी के आधार पर समाज संगठित होकर खड़ा रहेगा और सारी मानवता को जीवन का उद्देश्य और जीवन की दिशा देने का कार्य वह सक्षमतापूर्वक करेगा।
श्री भागवत ने कहा कि आज वैज्ञानिक कसौटियों पर प्रचलित हिंदू धर्म का विचार करने की आवश्यकता है, कसौटियों पर खरा नहीं उतरने वाली बातों को छोड़ देना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि समन्वय को लेकर सृष्टि को आगे बढ़ाने का सामर्थ्य सिर्फ हिन्दू धर्म में ही है। इसके लिए हमें सनातन मूल्य और आधुनिक परिस्थितियों को जोड़ कर आगे बढ़ना होगा।
सरसंघचालक जी के समापन भाषण के पूर्व प्रो. राकेश सिन्हा, एडवोकेट मोनिका अरोरा, डॉ. सुवर्णा रावल और श्रीमती मृणालिनी नानिवडेकर ने हिन्दू चिंतन में नारी विमर्श, मीडिया, राजनीति एवं कानूनी प्रावधान के क्षेत्रों में महिला के सामने चुनौती विषयों पर अपने विचार रखे।
