False alarm: AI plane makes emergency landing in Pak, Passengers, Crew Brought To India On Relief Aircraft: New Delhi/ Islamabad: A four-hour Air India flight from Abu Dhabi to New Delhi turned into a 13- hour ordeal for the 128 people on board when a ‘false warning’ about a rarest-of-rare malfunction led to the Airbus A-319 making an emergency landing in Pakistan’s Nawabshah city on Monday. 2. Ansari set to get second term as Vice-President : New Delhi: Vice-

Gujarat high court rejected a petition by Essar Oil to be allowed to pay

Bakery case in Vadodara, in which 14 people were burnt alive, was one of

the two cases related to the 2002 riots which were re-probed and the trial

shifted outside Gujarat after the intervention of the Supreme Court. The

other was the Bilkis Bano rape and murder case.[HT p9]

40. SC verdict in 94 Bihar DM murder case today : New Delhi : The

Supreme Court will pronounce Tuesday its verdict on former MP Anand

Mohan’s plea against his conviction and life sentence in the 1994 murder
